Who builds custom business systems in Malaysia?

Stategist builds them from Kuala Lumpur, for Malaysian companies roughly between RM 1M and RM 10M in revenue. We map how the business already runs, then build finance, operations, customer, scheduling, people and inventory around that map — rather than asking the business to fit a template.

How much does a custom business system cost?

From RM 60,000, depending on how much of the operation is in scope. If a single area is the whole problem, an existing module is far cheaper — Finance is RM 490 a month and needs no build at all.

How long does it take?

Two weeks of discovery, roughly eight weeks of build for a typical scope, then handover and training. Modules go live one at a time rather than in a single switchover, so the business keeps running throughout.

Is this an AI system?

Parts of it are automated: transactions match themselves, stock deducts on sale, reminders fire before a deadline rather than after. We automate where the rule is clear and leave judgement with a named person — a system that quietly decides things is a system nobody trusts. We are not going to call rule-based automation artificial intelligence to make it sound more impressive.

What happens if the person who set it up leaves?

Every build ships with a written playbook: each process, who owns it, what to do when it breaks. A new hire — or a new accountant — picks up from the playbook instead of starting your records from scratch. That document is part of the deliverable, not an afterthought.

Can it work with the software we already use?

Yes. Most builds sit alongside an existing accounting package, payment gateway and bank. Connections are read-only wherever possible, and exports are formatted for what your accountant already uses rather than forcing a migration.

Do you only work with Malaysian businesses?

Malaysia is where we are and where we work today, with Kuala Lumpur and the Klang Valley easiest to serve because discovery happens on site. We would rather say that plainly than claim a region we do not currently operate in.
